More getting on with business. ### What counts as one conversation? A session starts with the first customer message or a request from a connected AI. Opening the chat alone does not count. Questions, follow-ups, lookups and supported actions within that session count together as one conversation, with no separate message or action charges. ### When does a conversation end? A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours from its start, whichever comes first. Each session allows up to 200 messages or actions. Continuing after a session ends starts another conversation. Reloading or reconnecting to an active session does not count again. ### What if the assistant cannot respond? One conversation is reserved when the session starts. If the assistant fails before responding or completing an action, that conversation is returned. Retries within the same session do not count again. If a later action fails after the assistant has already helped, the session still counts as one conversation. ### What happens when I reach my allowance? You receive a low-balance notice. Already-counted sessions can finish within their session limits; new sessions pause with a helpful fallback. Choose a paid plan or, on paid plans, add a conversation pack to continue. Nothing is purchased automatically, and your customers are never asked to pay for your allowance. ### Do unused conversations roll over? Included conversations refresh each month and do not roll over, including on annual plans. Extra conversation packs do not expire. Included conversations are used first. Using purchased packs with a live agent requires an active paid plan. ### Are purchases and other services included? Questions and supported connected actions are included within the session limits. A customer’s order, booking or other third-party purchase still has its own price and approval. Voice, phone calls and specialist research are outside these plans. No separate service or purchase is charged without approval. ### Can I change or cancel my plan? Yes. Upgrades take effect after payment, with the remaining period’s price and additional allowance shown for review. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at renewal.
