# Privacy

How we use website analytics and information submitted to the Noodle Seed waitlist.

## Website analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, page views, and confirmed waitlist signups. This analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. We also use PostHog for page views, click and scroll heatmaps, and session replay to understand how the website is used. PostHog uses cookies and browser storage to recognize a browser and session. Form values are masked in recordings; private conversation and contact-summary content is excluded. Console logs and network request or response bodies are not recorded. Our custom signup event contains no email address, name, or company website. Analytics may be blocked by your browser and is separate from our waitlist records.

## Your waitlist information

The waitlist asks for your email address and, optionally, your name and company website. If you select a pricing plan, we also record that optional preference to understand interest. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may also record its source, medium, and campaign name. We use this information to manage the waitlist and contact you about your signup and access.

## Services that process your signup

Twenty manages waitlist records. Resend sends the welcome email and records its delivery status. Our Fly-hosted website stores signup details and email retry records so a temporary service failure does not lose your request. It also processes technical requests needed to serve the website and protect the form from abuse.

## Your choices

Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to a separate newsletter. You can ask us to remove your waitlist information or stop contacting you by emailing hello@noodleseed.com.
