## What your first message permits

You choose when to contact us. Your incoming message permits a response in that conversation. It does not enroll you in a recurring program or authorize marketing, reminders, or unrelated follow-ups. We do not initiate SMS conversations, import recipient lists, or send broadcast campaigns.

Our AI assistant answers public product and support questions. It identifies itself as AI in its first reply and includes opt-out instructions. A text does not verify your account identity. This pilot cannot access private account data or change your account. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

## Stop, resume, or get help

Send STOP to stop assistant replies. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. To ask another question after opting out, send START or UNSTOP, then send your question. Resuming does not subscribe you to ongoing messages. HELP returns messaging guidance; after opting out, use email for help or opt back in before texting HELP.

## Businesses using Noodle Seed

This number and these program details belong to Noodle Seed’s own assistant. When another business uses our platform to answer messages at its number, that business is the sender and we process messages on its behalf. Each business must identify itself, publish its own messaging and privacy information, and complete verification for its number. Messaging one business does not give another business permission to contact you.
