Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Noodle Seed Cloud during its public beta. By signing in, deploying a server, activating a paid plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for the beta period and will be expanded before general availability.
The service and beta status
Noodle Seed Cloud is offered as a public beta with a no-card Free plan and self-service paid plans. Features and limits may evolve before general availability. Paid terms shown at activation govern the applicable subscription.
Your account and what you deploy
You are responsible for the servers you author and deploy, for the data they process, and for any credentials you configure. Do not deploy content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive, and do not use the service to attack, overload, or exfiltrate data from systems you are not authorized to access.
Acceptable use and limits
The pricing page publishes commercial usage and production-app limits. Paid plans are activated through Stripe checkout, verified subscription state controls plan admission, and overages are invoiced monthly. Pooled limits and operator suspensions remain active, and we may suspend or remove apps and accounts that threaten the shared runtime or violate these terms. Where practical we will tell you why.
Paid plans, taxes, and cancellation
Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Monthly and annual subscriptions continue through their paid term when cancelled and then stop renewing. Annual plans receive no automatic prorated refund for unused time. Included usage resets monthly. Each started block of up to 1M additional calls is billed in full at $5, with rounding applied once across the billing account's pooled monthly overage; usage overages are invoiced monthly even when the base plan is annual.
No warranty
The beta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Noodle Seed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use.
Changes
We may update these terms and the service as the product matures. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
