How do overages work?
Each started block of up to 1M additional calls is billed in full at $5 on Pro and Scale, with rounding applied once across the billing account's pooled monthly overage. For example, 1 to 1,000,000 overage calls cost $5; 1,000,001 cost $10. Overages are invoiced monthly even when the base plan is paid annually.
Why billing-account pricing?
Headless apps should not be priced per seat. One billing account pools included usage and production-app limits across isolated organizations, while their apps, members, secrets, and data stay separate.
What counts as a production app?
A production app is one active logical app. Environments, versions, revisions, and replicas do not use additional app slots.
How does annual billing work?
Annual Pro and Scale include two months free. Usage still resets monthly. Cancelling stops renewal and service continues through the paid term, with no automatic prorated refund.
Can I activate a paid plan today?
Yes. Start on Free with no card required, then upgrade to Pro or Scale through secure Stripe checkout. Billing owners can manage subscriptions in the billing portal.
What can Enterprise include?
A custom agreement can include SSO and SCIM outcomes, private connectivity, dedicated or bring-your-own-cloud deployment, governance, an SLA, and implementation support. Availability and delivery are scoped before purchase.
